Blessed be the LORD the THEOS of ISRAEL because He has looked upon

Praise the SUPREME RULER who is THE CREATOR AND RULER OF ALL THINGS and especially the ruler over THOSE WHO REFUSE TO LET GO OF GOD, for He has looked out for and brought about redemption for His people,
