And whoever will not welcome you warmly, nor hear your words, upon exiting forth from that house or city, shake off the dust from your feet!
Paraphrase
But if the people of that house or that city refuse to receive you or your message with an open mind and heart, leave that place quickly and as you do, make sure that not one speck of them is attached to you [so you will not be judged along with them.]
