Proverbs25:2
Translation
It is the glory of ELOHIM to conceal a matter,

Paraphrase
God receives glory when we recognize that He has the wisdom and authority to withhold knowledge indefinitely or until He deems it the right time to reveal it; however, a good leader is recognized as a good leader when he demonstrates the ability to pull back the layers that obscure an issue so he can explain to his people what is really going on.
