Translation
He who has ears to hear let him hear
what the HOLY SPIRIT is saying to the churches. To him who is prevailing

Go to footnote numberthe privilege and opportunity to eat from the tree of life, which is in the garden

Paraphrase
The one who is spiritually tuned in will catch these important words that the HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD is saying to the churches. To him who is prevailing I will grant the privilege and opportunity to partake of the source of life, which is in the paradise of THE CREATOR AND OWNER OF ALL THINGS.

“The one who is prevailing” is a present participle meaning “the prevailing one.” This is a reference to one who is faithfully prevailing at this time, the one who is being faithful right now.

If you seek what is truly “desirable,” then stay on the godly path, because the reward will be very worthwhile. The culture promises life at its fullest, but only following God can produce abundant life (the “tree of life”).
