Here the daughters are being called on to highlight and praise the love they see between their parents. This assumes there is something special about that relationship; indeed The Song was written based on the premise that there was something unique about their relationship. How is it unique? Of course the daughters have some opinions of their own, but this question sets things up for Mom to find her own way to praise Dad, and she does so most eloquently.
