His name is His reputation as well as who He really is on the inside. Therefore, if His name is holy, then He is holy. That is the intended meaning. The idea of holiness may seem a strange fit in this verse, but, in light of what Mary has experienced, it fits perfectly—she accepted this strange situation and submitted to it because she knew God is right and just in all He does, He does not make mistakes. If this is how He chooses to do something special, so be it, even if it causes her to live through temporary rejection.
