Then fear came upon all those living around them and these words

Paraphrase

Then awe and fear fell upon all their neighbors, and this fulfillment of God’s word was the topic of discussion among everyone in the foothills of THE PLACE OF THE HOT-HEADED TROUBLESOME JEWS,
